This is what you probably think when you think bridesmaids. Or maybe when your best friend puts on an ugly dress, your reply is probably “oh girl, that could be a bridesmaid dress.”

Lets break some stereotypes! Bridesmaids dresses do not need to be dated, matronly, or made of polyester taffeta. Your bridesmaids are there to support you, so do them a favor and make them look good! 

Most likely all your bridesmaids are not all going to be the same size and shape, so don’t make them all wear the same dress! Pick a color and fabric and let your girls choose. This way each girl can feel special and won’t have the pressure of buying an expensive dress they’ll hate. 

Prints and patterns are so in! Just make sure you don’t go overboard on it. Think simple and clean when looking at bridesmaid dress prints. Match with a nude shoe, as you don’t want to overwhelm. 

Lace is not just for the bride anymore! Lace gives your bridesmaid an elegant touch, especially if you have lace in your dress. 

Shoes are not meant to be boring. Add a pop of color with colorful and playful shoes!
